    Hey all,
I have used this site quite a bit, and I did a good job of cleaning up my computer the other day, following the sections in the readme without having to post a log, and it was running fine. It has slowed down a bit today though, and when I did an adAware scan, it said I had 1402 process modules. Is that too much? I always have to run scans and stuff, but wouldn't a firewall help prevent this? I have downloaded ZoneAlarm before, but my I can never get my internet to work with it? Do you guys have any good suggestions? Thanks in advance.
    Colin

1402 Process Modules, thats fine no worries there, the PC I'm using here has 1470 or so.

Firewall is a good thing, Firewall is a must IMO!
    What does a Firewall do:

ZA has a learning mode try that, I havent use ZA for quite a while, I prefer Sygate (Free one):

Reguardless of the firewall you will need configure the one ya use.

What OS are your using, I ask cause XP SP2 has a firewall bulit in, if you have XP & SP2 you need to disable the bulit in firewall before you run a third party firewall like ZA or Sygate.

Another Note, if you have XP, when you clean up bad stuff, you need to turn off system restore if ya dont or didnt you might not have cleaned up your system some bad stuff can hide in system restore files.

Ya might provide complete spec's of your system to get the best help.
