WLAN problems

    Anyone know a good source for troubleshooting WLAN problems? I've tried quite a few different things but I can't get another one of my laptops to connect properly. sometimes it says I'm even getting a weak signal but when i click on IE it is offline and it wants to dialup connect. I'm lost... need help... must punish... F... O... R... M...A... T... C:\. . . . . .
    Any help what so ever is much appreciated. THX
