WLCtrl32.dll and companions

Hi, i followed this remove malware thing. And now i have the MGlogs.rar.
was just wondering that now i need the solution to get rid of these..
i attach the rar to this post.

Im in a very bad fever (like 39) so my writing maybe little odd, but
i would appreciate that you'd check these logs and tell me what's wrong

p.s The WLCtrl32.dll and other stuff are annoying me, pls tell me how to get rid of them

Please add the SAS log and the ComboFix log as requested in the above link IF you have worked through the whole procedure that is given. Then an Authorized Malware Fighter will be able to assist you.
