WLM messaging problem

There's a problem with my WLM. I really have no idea what to do. I don't even know where to start. All my internet is working fine. The buddy I am trying to talk to is online for 100%.

I included a screenie. Basically it just keeps sending me the message that message is not able to be delivered to all participants. I ruled out that it is not a problem with my account because my brother has that problem too. Does anybody know any fixes?

 

Have you given it permission to access the internet via your firewall settings?

Also under Tools>Connection try the Connection troubleshooter option.

My firewall settings are fine. WLM doesn't let me do the connection troubleshooter. Another thing: It's not being blocked all of the time, only some of the time. Do you know anything else that may be causing the problem? My friends are not having any problems.

 

If it works some of the time, chances are it could be a connectivity issue at their end. How often is it happening? Has this always happened, or a recent problem? Do you share your internet connection on a network with other computers?

 

It's fixed now. I just reformatted cause my disk geometry was busted anyways (whatever that means). I needed a cleaning anyways. thanks for helping
