WMP 10 edition removal

    Does anybody know how to remove Windows Media Player 10 edition from their system? I would like to uninstall it, then reinstall 9 edition (allready have the installer from MS) because 10 edition keeps crashing on me. Namely, it won't play my media files, even the ones that are proprietary to Windows.

    Just uinstall it from the add/remove programs window and it will automatically downgrade to 9.0

    It is not in my Add/Remove programs menu.

    make sure you have it checked to show updates.
