Wondered If You'd Seen A File Name Like This?

I recovered software using Recuva from a corrupted data stick. It was able to recover most of it, but there's one file that puzzles me, because I don't know if it is a file which contains some of the corrupted files (in which case I wouldn't want to get rid of it), or if it is itself some file which has been renamed or if there is any way to see what it is. It may be that my question needs to be in Software, but I wondered if Chas has seen anything like it before? I've made a screenshot of the file information in Win Explorer. It's a large file, around 1.9 gB and it has the date Nov. 27, 2023 as its creation date.
