Won't let me download Antivirus or Malware

    I have some sort of virus and it won't let me download any antivirus programs. I tried Norton, Mcafee, Windows Security Essentials, and they would say there are files missing to prevent download or installation failed. I ran combofix and received a log but I'm not sure what to do at this point. I uninstalled a bunch of files/programs from my downloads such as viewpoint media player and I attempted to uninstall a couple Java programs that looked suspicious and sure enough they won't let me uninstall them and one tried to update but I canceled before it could. I could really use some help/suggestions. I use my laptop for everything. Any comments are welcome.

    If you were able to run ComboFix, attach the log to your next reply. As for the other tools:
    SAS
    MBAM
    C:\MGTools.exe
    try downloading them to a different computer and transfer them via cd or thumb drive.
