Won't Let Me Open Programs :(

    I have a virus which keeps popping up the fake "Windows Security Alerts" there is two bogus icons on my desktop also. However when I go to open Malwarebytes and Search and Destroy - they just won't open.

    I downloaded CombiFix also, and that won't open.

    Can somebody help me please. :confused
