word 2003

    In word 2003 I keep getting a message stating it needs to start in safe mode. Everything else in office works fine. I have deleted normal.dot and initially that works but when you open word a second time you get the same safe mode message. Also I ran a detect and repair, and removed word, and reinstalled. What should i do to get this annoying message away in safe mode?
