please see the attachment How do I remove that lined box in the middle of my word doc?

 

I only use Office 2010, and the word version there, I usually just look for the borders and shading, or, format picture

To remove the box in the pik I went to view then could either use print layout which makes the box or web layout which gives no lines.
I had 2010 and loved it over this 2019 which they mixed up with 2016 leaving an odd looking icon on desktop.
