Word Formatting help

This is probably a really silly question but anyway...

Ok, i have just finished writing my first novel and i unfortunately typed all my paragraphs with a space before the next one -

like this, wheras the people will be sending it to want it without the space after each paragraph and each first word indented:
like this - there is 300 pages of work here and thats quite a big job!!!! I have been trying to get word to auto format with no luck - i really need help here! I am going mad!

 

First try the edit then select all then format your paragraph indent only. If this works then repeat edit select all and format your line spacing.

Check your page breaks they should all be set as continues and not page breaks formating typically only changes for the page break section you are especially if you set headers and/or footers.

if all else fails select 10 pages at a time and setting the paragraph insert first then the line spacing.
