WordPress Layer Slider Plugin

Wonder if anyone may be able to assist with a glitch I have with a Wordpress site. It's using the plug-in Layer Slider. Each slide has one image that I have a link on as a CTA , anyway the first and third slide work just fine but the second one the link does not initiate right away it only seems to initiate during the last few seconds it's there before transitioning to the next slide. AND its only glitchy like that on Fire Fox, oddly enough its fine on IE. the slider is here: www.recruitingdivision.com any advice would be greatly appreciated.

if it helps any ...I tried reordering the layers no luck there...I may try adding a new slide and with the same images and link and see if that works may just be a glitch with that one slide...sigh
