Gather 'round bikers and Kiwis. :D

I love true stories. Neat little movie starring Anthony Hopkins. Likely not everybody's cup of tea, but I really enjoyed it. The true story of Burt Munro, an eccentric Kiwi tinkerer, bike, and speed lover, who bought a shiny new Indian Scout in 1920, and took it to Bonneville on a shoestring in 1967 to attempt a world speed record. Amazing story.

    Has anybody else seen it?

Pretty fast in it's day, and brave. People didn't have much in the way of safety gear.

Imagine riding one of them. It has hand gears and a foot clutch, like the old '44 Harley WLA's.

Indians are a collector's item, and have a loyal fan base not unlike Harley's and Triumphs etc.
