World's Worst Meatloaf

This was a very good meatloaf.(and my Mom made the worlds worst meatloaf) Not dry nor bland nor to me seemed hard to put together.A no brainer. Serve it with some nice bread, salad, and a good shiraz...very good indeed.

i like to take a good firm cheese (like cheddar or colby) in chunks and put it down the center of it.. when the cheese oozes out.. it is done...

THE DISH WAS A HIT. EVEYONE LOVED IT.I OMITTED THE CARROTS AND USED SOY SAUCE IN STEAD OF "W" SAUCE AND TOPPED IT WITH ROASTED PEPPER /ONION TOMATO SAUCE INSTEAD OF KETCHUP. I FOUND IT TO BE TOO MOIST DURING THE PREPARATION STAGE AND I ADDED 2 MORE SLICES OF BREAD. ALL IN ALL IT WAS WELL LIKED!!
