so the above is the only indication I got as to what is wrong with my computer.

I tried to follow the steps in the guide and got stopped at trying to delete multiple spyware detectors. The program could not be uninstalled and I went to the blue screen.

when trying to reboot the computer shows the main screen then asks to reboot in regular/ safe/ ect.... then when i choose on eor the other it just reboots back to the beginning over and over

the farthest i can get is that. everytime i click regular or safe mode i briefly see a blue screen then blop its gone. and starts over again.
