Worm

I did a virus scan on my computer using AntiVir and it found a worm. WORM/ALCRA.B. It wouldn't remove it. I did everything that was listed in the Read and Run me first but still can't get rid of this worm. Do you have any other suggestions for me? Thank you.

Make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

Your log does not show any real malware issues. But maybe I'm just finding it hard to focus on your log because I'm so busy looking at your avatar .

But really you can have HJT fix the below, but they are not related to your problem.

Does Antivir tell you the name of the infected file and where it is located?

Boot into safe mode and ues Windows Explorer to find and delete the below files:
C:\WINDOWS\pxwma.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\cache32_rtneg3
