wormwin32.autorun.nuu - graphic designer help!

Hi, I'm a graphic designer and i got a whole bunch of worms and trojans and drops, etc today. It is affecting my computer. i have ie and firefox. i run kaspersky. please help, i need to work and i don't know how to get rid of these. please help this blond who is really having a hard time with these posts. thanks,

freaking out. kaspersky can't help me.
here's my hijack this. can some brilliant person help me. the explorer redirects and does stuff I've never seen before.

Notes:

1. If you run into problems trying to run theREAD & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
   
   • Starting your computer in Safe mode
2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

It's up to you but I would recommend completing the steps in the READ ME and attaching the requested logs because antispy programs do not always remove everything.
