I followed all the steps in the "READ & RUN ME FIRST" thread. My problem is that my computer is running slower than usual, turning off randomly, and tests have indicated I have a keylogger. I don't understand the logs from the steps, so I'll be attaching them in my next posts. Thank you for your time.

I hope I'm doing this properly. I'm not very computer-savvy. Please tell me if I did something wrong. Thanks.

What test's indicate you have a keylogger? The logs you have attach reveal no real problems. Just Viewpoint Media Player which needs to be uninstalled as requested in step 0.

And also you need to update your Sun Java version as requested in step 6 and then uninstall the below old version:

Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_05

Random shutdowns are typical signs of hardware problems not malware.

Are you sure you followed directions properly. For example like below:
Attach a log or a snapshot or just type in what it is finding.

I did a quick test of this program! It is way to easy to get false positives from it. Just opening any website that even attempts to create cookies (and almost all do) will result in a message about a keylogger. At this point I would say, don't trust anything it is telling you.

Nothing but false positives! Don't use it anymore! It is not a reliable program and will lead to nothing but headaches chasing down false positives.

The program is not malicious. It is just not useful and is totally misleading you the way the info being found is reported.
