worst error i got from window xp

hi, i had this error for years...it just i dont care enough before...

this error pop up every once awhile...like than i install new program than try to use it for the first time ...this error pop up and so i cant use that program and had to uninstall..or some time the old program after update and got this error...the number in there change everytime too

oh and its not the memory card problem...because i changed to others memory card before..and its the same!!

please help me!! i so hate this error...had enough of this BS...cant stand it anymore
