I usually am very careful about what I open, and if I do open an image file or something, I usually turn off all scripting (not sure if it helps). I had a situation a couple weeks ago where I thought someone might have been trying to access a game account I had. I could be mistaken about that, but I got a little nervous and started investigating. I did a netstat -ano and found a few PIDs that I couldn't find associated entries for in the task manager, which concerned me.

I've run all the steps in the do me first. Could someone please take a look at these logs and let me know if there's any concern? I'm treating my machine as suspect until I have someone give me the all clear. Thank you for any assistance.

None of the loads you attached show any evidence of an infection.
