Would LIKE to Change the Default Admin UA "Picture" in 8

When I "purchased a license to utilize" the GREAT Windows 8 OS on a new Samsung laptop 2 months ago, there was a rather dreadful, sickly-looking default image presented to me (screenshot) for the Administrator account as I was setting-up the machine, and which I suppose (?) had been the default picture/image that displays for my Hotmail email account (I honestly cannot recall now as 8 still has my head almost literally SPINNING more than two full months later!!!).

It now seems, that while I may be able to change my email picture/image within the Hotmail account, I cannot seem to change it on my machine, and am being forced to continue to view this ONE, single, rather dreadful sickly image.

Am I wrong here (I really would LOVE to be wrong with just about ANYTHING to do with 8 that I have come to know), and if so, can anyone lend some pointers on how to change this picture/image, as I have searched online, and asked in another forum, to no avail....please?

Yes sir, the previous screenshot (1st post) is viewing from within my Hotmail account (as I am unsure of how to take a screenshot of my Admin User account start screen - if that is even possible?).

I can change the image/picture on the left, as seen in this( screenshot in this post), but the "arty" image of the palm trees and sun in my 1st screenshot remain on my computers Log-in or "Start" screen (the screen which displays my choices of UA's to select from), despite it being displayed (now) in Hotmail as a "blank" image . . . .
