Would this be possible?

Okay, I'm directly connected to my Router (I use this for internet), have a Linksys wireless adapter and a GW-USmini2n wireless adapter all for internet use.

Is it possible to set up or use multiple IP addresses in different browser/window with different IPs? Like, say my IP ends in 101 when connected to my router, and my wireless gives me 104, could I open a browser/window with the router connection IP and have it be known as connected to that IP, and open a separate browser/window and have it be connected to the wireless IP?

This would be mainly be used for programs/websites that detect IP and only permit one use per IP. I remember reading something about Firefox being able to do something like this, or using FF and IE, but it was outdated and didn't really specify.

If you need anymore explanation of what I'm trying to do, I'll try to explain more/better. Or if you have questions, I'll try to answer them to my ability.

    Thanks!

Your local IPs has nothing to do with the ISP IP that is the one that is used over the Internet.

Right, what he said. No matter how many different local IPs you have they are all NAT'd at the router so you only have 1 IP address on the Inet. So a website will still see all the connections coming from the same IP.
