i guess the SS really don't have anything better to do, but go after people who really dislike bush..........my true fealing twards bush are posted on a different forum....

It wouldn't matter at this point if you stated some crazy crap about Kerry, they'd still be knocking on your door. They will actually do that over just about anything. Trust me I know this first hand. I got a visit a while back when I quit driving for a certain trucking company. They wanted to come talk with me & the wife about if we had any intentions to use the knowledge we had gained. Kinda freaked me out.

You can't tell the difference, online, between a plotting terrorist and an idle commenter. Even if it seems blatant, you don't know for sure whether it is sarcastic or not.

 

well, if the secret service has the technology to find a sarcastic teenager on the internet, why the hell dont they have the technology to keep the president un-killed? I mean, if they have to go looking for people who want to kill him, they should pat themselves on the back.

It's their job. They made the same kind of visits when Clinton was president, and they will continue to do so should Kerry get into the White House. The Secret Service has two jobs: protect our currency and protect the president. They don't have anything better to do, literally

 

Because there is no such technology. A sufficiently motivated man willing to lose his own life in the process can do almost anything.
