WOW freezes

I have built an xp system.
amd athelon 64 3700
2 g ram
gefore evga 8600 gt with 1 g ram
os is xp pro oem version

I have uninstalled and reinstalled WOW with and without the Burning Crusade edition. BC is currently installed. I hav even made sure and manually updated all patches for WOW. Made sure all the active x and direct x was updated, flashed my bios, updated all my drivers. When I start WOW, i maybe get to the I Agree with the first EULA, and either the system freezes there, or at the second EULA. I ahve been trying to get this to work for about a month now. Yes, the game worked before on my system, had to do a nuke n pave and since then nothing. Please HELP!

 

Well this sounds really stupid, but go to http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.html?forumId=11110&sid=1 and post this there, They would def be able to help out a lot more, If it only happens to WoW, then it may just apply to the game itself..Or and interference with the game and ur comp...So just post your problem there, and within like 10 min, you should get a response, GL
