wow, today was crazy

I am on the WATSON robotics team. 957 I had to get up and go to viper(our robot bulding place) at 8:30 then went to corvallis for scrimmage, stayed there till 4:00 then I stayed at viper to help improve the robot and screw around with air blasters inflatable aliens and footballs. I just got home at 9:30, it was pretty crazy but fun. I swear we spent 3 hours tweaking and programming the robot and we still don't have it working too great.at first our robot would turn and aim at the crowd then rapid fire, lol. we are trying to shoot poofballs through a big circle thing.

 

Sounds like fun. Any pictures of the robot?

i will get beter pictures soon, it is hard to geta good shot of the bot, it is always being worked on by half a dozen people, we got some good pics today but they haven't been posted on the website yet.

 

The second picture you posted was good.

I'd like to see it firing into the crowd. LOL.

Auto mode was fun, some bots whent berserk while others did nothing, they kept shamshign into other bots too, it wa slike battlebots lol. there was one that fired a shot at thier own team.
