I recently went through a malware removal process and was left with a slow computer, CPU % is 100 all the time. I saw some similar threads here so thought I would give it a try. It seems to be the wsil32.dll file that's causing the problem. It's located in the C:/windows/system32/appcert folder.

Again, I saw this exact problem description from another user so thought I would see if you could help me as well.

Seems I may have found the fix in a previous post. Downloaded Avenger and pasted a delete string, things are much improved. May be having a problem with wuaueng.dll, but I understand that's a Microsoft update issue. We'll see how things go.

You may want to consider running the full READ & RUN ME cleaning procedure and attaching the requested logs. That infection is often accompanied by others.
