Not sure what caused this one, could have been the result of a tweak, or one of the Registry Cleaner Programs I was road testing, but i belatedly noticed that some Program-specific pop-up boxes are suddenly larger than they should be, have blockier, bold text, may be missing some functional aspects (such as scrollbars) and their images may not be correctly sized to the pop-up box.

Some bright spark out there must have a clue. Any help appreciated.
