Xbox 360 wont read any cd after laser replacement?

    Hey Guys,
    The lens on the xbox I was working on was fogged over because the guy smoked ALOT and it would read a CD every so often. But after the game started it would have errors.
    So I found another dvd drive form the same company the number were the same and all.
    I switched out the laser and now it wont read anything

    What kind of drive is it? The laser might need some adjusting.

    Also, what'd tutorial did you follow? (if any)

    I adjusted the laser and that fixed it:-D. As for any tutorials I didn't really use any.
