XCRACK / ZCRACK issue, not cleaned

    I'm using XP Professional, Avira Antivirus Personal Free & ZoneAlarm Firewall. I used a USB stick from a relative and I think I got the infection from there yesterday. I've tried the remedies in the threads "READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide" (http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407) & the related ones for "Windows XP Cleaning Procedure" (http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=139313).

    No luck, still getting infected files, though fewer than before. OneCare from Microsoft is no longer finding issues, but Avira is still finding new infected files whenever I log in.

    Help please.

    You need to tell me exactly what Avira is reporting. You also need to put ComboFix on your desktop as instructed, not here:
    d:\software downloads\Updates & Security\ComboFix.exe
