I have an XFX Geforce 7600GT PCIe video card that is artifacting from the second the PC is powered on (including while in BIOS) and it artifacts in Windows too, and games are all messed up. I know it's the card as I've tried it on a total of 3 PCs and it does it right away, before Windows or the drivers even load up. So I'm NOT looking for a fix. I have registered the card with XFX but I cannot seem to find anywhere on their web site where you'd apply for an RMA return. I did submit a 'Help Desk' request, and we'll see how that goes. But in the meantime, did I just overlook something? Did I miss it? I even did a search on the XFX web site for 'RMA' and got zip, zero, zilch, nada...

    Thanks.

:celebrate :cool :clap :dood XFX rocks!!! I returned the card after receiving an authorization number. The process of getting the number was a bit of a run-around, but once I had the number and mailed the card, the whole process took maybe 10 days from the day the old 7600GT left my house, to today when a BRAND NEW kick-a** GeForce 8600GT arrived in the mail!!!! :highfive They not only took care of everything super fast, but they upgraded the card at no charge!!! This is what customer service is all about, and I have already fired off an email to XFX praising their excellent awesome-ness :celebrate :dancer :hyper :cloud9 :drink

    :heli :foolish

roflmao Yeah, r i g h t ! The 7600GT was artifacting from the moment the PC was powered on, and would reboot if given a slightly graphically intensive task (like a 3D screensaver), so my card was "broken". But.... yeah... if the 7800 is DOA, the replacement would be.... what.... an 8800GTX? ;) (we can dream)
