    I'd appreciate any comments about this outfit, how good is it, any problems?

    Have not used it first hand! Comments I have heard say not very good. Lot's of talk but no action.

    But why pay for something like this when it we have many free alternatives that probably work better:
    -Ad-Aware SE
    -Spybot S&D
    -SpywareBlaster
    -SpywareGuard
    -Microsoft Antispyware
    -SpySweeper (not free but very good and the trial version actually works and fixes stuff. You just get one free update in the trial but it blocks, scans and cleans).
