xp and vista help

    i would like to install windows vista on a computer that has windows xpalready installed.xp is set up on a raid array mirrored.i have 2 other hard drives installed and would like to put vista on a dedicated hard drive.when trying to install it says windows cannnot be installed on this drive.any help would be great thanks in advance:)
