XP Drivers for Asus M2n68-LA MoBo

'Morning, gang...

I recently purchased an HP Pavilion Slimline with the Asus M2n68-LA MoBo and Windows 7 Pro. Unfortunately, a critical program that I use will not play nice with this OS and I need to downgrade to XP Pro but cannot find any drivers... any suggestions or pointers out there?

I would shy away from downgrading that machine to XP. You will probably cause yourself more problems than it is worth.
Compatibility mode does not work for the program?

An alternative is to install XP in a virtual machine. You would need to allocate enough hard drive resources for the XP install and the program. I use VM Player in a folding application using Ubuntu and have had no problems other than a few tweaks in the networking area.

Unfortunately, the issue is a VPN connection requiring a specific print driver used by the host. The medical billing community is woefully archaic in this area.

It looks possible to downgrade it to XP but as lbmest said it could be a headache. From what I can see it seems possible but a major headache.

If it's that critical and you need it now without having to reformat I would would the program in a Virutal Machine.

 

Since it IS possible, could you point me in the right direction?

Only driver I cant find is the network driver. I hear that it installs with the chipset driver but I cant confirm this.
