Xp hang issue

Hi everyone,

I am new to the forums and have a question. I am running xp professional on 20 pc's within my network. I noticed that quite a bit of them are hanging with a blank blue screen once it passes the XP loading screen and on Shutdown it will say closing profile and shutting down windows but just hang with nothing on the screen. I did some digging and found out it looks like UPH is having trouble unloading some profiles which I copied below. The only way I can seem to fix it is by holding the power button in and turning it back on. I would greatly appreciate any assistance and hopefully I posted this in the right forum. If you need specs we are running xp sp3, hp compaq elite 8200 sff.
