XP help please. Desperate!

Hi all.

My PC has major problems.

First I get this RUNDLL message "C:\WINDOWS\system32\moihnd.dll" DLLGetversion. When I click on ok a box then comes up saying this system will now shutdown with an error message C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe.

Also my zonealarms wont run either says it can't configure start up??? In fact most programs just do not run.

No Im 100% sure. Tried searching for it on goggle and it said the same as you are saying.

Ok, well go through this article and see which is the culprit.

I've no doubt you have spyware on your system, but want to tamke sure the actual problem you are having is being caused by it before moving the thread to the malware forum.

Once you find the culprit, please post the name of the entry in msconfig.

from looking at your hijack this long this post will probably be moved to Malware thread.

i could help but chaslang and shadow_puter_dude probably know a lot more about it than i do.

Well thanks all for the advice.

Did the RUN & READ last night and just as I've nearly finished my zonealarms starts working! PC seems faster and I have my home page back.
