I have a PC here that had some IE7 issues and I couldn't 'uninstall' it and roll back to IE6 because there was no "remove" button in Add/Remove Programs. So I did a repair install. The IE problems are now fixed, but the Recycle Bin is acting weird... or it's like there is no Recycle Bin. If I right click something and select "Delete" it does not get sent to the Recycle Bin; it gets completely removed. If I drag something and drop it on the Recycle Bin, the exact same thing happens... the files/folders that were dropped on the Bin are simply removed completely. WTF?!?!?!

(this PC has some other minor issues, the main one being that it's just a bit "crusty", meaning it's slower than it should be, but that's another thread ;) )
