XP Home to XP Pro problems

    I am trying to upgrade my XP home to XP pro and I keep getting to a screen where it says "Setup cannot copy the file catsrvut.dl_" I've tried cleaning the disc and clicking retry and it will never go further than this screen. Ideas?

    I have a church proposal due tomorrow and my IT guy from church said this was simple - I Need help getting back on my system.
