When I bought this computer only one user account, named user 1 was displayed at start up. It has adminstrator privileges.

Using Tweak UI I set logon to automatic. This worked fine. I renamed the account to my name and it still worked.

Just recently, for reasons unknown, another account, named Administrator, appears too, and I have to click on the one I renamed so that Windows opens.
I have been installing applications which I had on a previous machine but don't see how that could have caused this.

When I open Tweak UI again, the box to force automatic logon is empty. After ticking it again, automatic logon works after the first reboot but not on subsequent ones.

Can I remove the Administrator account from the log on screen or do something else to overcome this annoyance?

    Thank you Nick,that worked. :)

I have now made a shortcut to that item and saved it in my Help folder.
