   1.Do i have to get the full xp media centre operating system or can i get an xp upgrade for it?
   
   2.I havnt got an xp disc it is jjust built into my pc how would i go about installing media centre if i got it without having 2 OS's on the same HD?

   You have to buy a full version, and it is OEM only.
   
   You can clean install it to wipe out the previous version.
