XP Pro SP3 machine accused by AOL of spamming - Logs attached

This a friend's machine and he asked me to take a look at it. Apparently when he logged into his AOL email account of 15 yrs he was promptly notified by tech support to call them. He did and the rep i India asked he had been using his free account to do "bulk mailing" to which he replied, "No". They advised him to run his antivirus and change his password. He did and called me to take a look at his machine. I have followed the removal guide posted the logs. When running HitmanPro I decided to quarantine the result it found because it identified it as a Trojan. I know I am not supposed to take action and ignore until the logs are read, but figured it wouldn't hurt. Antivirus didn't catch it so it may be a false positive. Thanks in advance.

 

I performed your corrective action and saw noticeable improvement. The password change has further prevented any malicious behavior. Thanks for the help. I will call this thread closed.
