XP problem

    Hey

    So recently i got this virus thing wich turned off my sound and i got a tons of pop ups, found a guide how to remove it and i followed it, it said that you had to remove some physicaldriver or something anyway now when i turn on my computer it just says that its been some serious problem and i cant even start it in safe mode or anything

    If you can't boot from your HD in ANY of the available modes, you will have to boot from an install or recovery disk.

    On bootup attempt, do you get any message screen about a recovery option?

    What make/model and approximate year is the machine?

    Sorry for late answer but its a packard bell easynote MH36-v-790NCD. And I cant reboot with the cd either because my cd-reader wont read cd's anymore

    have you checked in your BIOS to confirm the boot order is valid? with your HDD being after the cd-rom/dvd-rom?
