xp reinstall freezing on svp 3 install

my previous posts were very helpful for me thank you for everyones help i now have about 8 updates that wont install or fail i have uninstalled them and rebooted i have tryed a clean boot i got exp 8 to down load in addministrator but when i try to install it says my administrator has chosen not to allow this i can down load it from user but it freezes on install does anyone know wehat else i should try?:confused

 

Sounds like malware to me, But I could be wrong.

Again could try safe mode with networking, F8 during boot...
