XP Remote Desktop Connection Failure

I have been trying to get rdc to work on my laptop all morning I kept getting a error message about mrvgina.dll and found a post here that fixed that problem but now when I try to connect its not even letting me start to connect its telling me this computer can't connect to remote computer

I dont understand why before the connection went through but because of a problem with the winlogon of my pc it didnt work so i fix the winlogon problem now I cant connect at all any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Do you set a password on the user accounts, and have you enabled remote desktop on both computers?
