xp restarts 3 times arrgh

Hi all

Not sure if it has been covered before if it has sorry

My pc has xp pro on it,

on a fresh start in the morning, it starts up and goes into windows, as soon as it is in, it restarts and does this three times.

once it has stopped restarting it is fine to use, and if i restart it myself after this time I have no problems, (it seems to be if it is off for a long period of time)
have no virus ect
spybot kept picking up the antivirus overide (could this be a problem?)
I would appreciate any help on this really weird problem,
