XP Security 2011, now explorer.exe doesn't work

Last week I had the XP Security 2011 get on my computer. After it popped up AVG 2011 caught it put it in the vault and said to restart to complete removal.

When I restarted my background came up but not taskbar or desktop icons. I used superantispyware and malwarebytes to remove xp security 2011. The problem still persisted with taskbar and desktop icons.

After some looking I realized explorer.exe wasn't running. Starting it up the process is immediately killed. renaming the file and starting it again is killed again. Anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it?
