XP Services Modification Tool needed

I'm looking for a light tool-set that will let me better manage my XP services. By manage, looking for -start/stop/rename/create/delete/etc... I have found a few toolsets that allow me to start/stop, but not rename display-names, etc.. I work in technical sales and am constantly starting/stopping, adding, services on the fly, in a high number of them. Any help appreciated.

I use the Freeware pserv.cpl 2.7 which can do all that you have requested and more.
It also has the facility of exporting the current services structure or importing as an XML template.
