XP theme compiler

I'm looking to put my own stamp on a few things (Start menu GFX, task-bar, ect) but need an app. that will compile XP Pro theme's I can drop in the resources folder.
Does any1 know of a good tool?

I've been to Stardocks B4 & I've heard of windblinds, even seen the offer list they provide. Some of it's a bit pricey though.
I'll be going back there some time 2day to 'ave another look, see if they've loosened their grip a little. Lol rolleyes.

if you are looking at some of the themes on offer once you have the program installed you can go to this site " http://www.wincustomize.com/ " and download free theme's that are available for windowsblinds program.there are a few that you may have to pay for but there is plenty you don't.
