    Hi,

I have a Seagate FreeAgent portable drive. My computer at work runs XP pro and I frequently add files or amend existing files in the sync folder of my portable drive. I used to auto synch with my home pc which was also running xp pro and all was well. :)

I now have a new home pc with Windows 7 home premium 64bit.

I am unable to synch my files between the home pc and my portable drive.:(

    Can anyone offer any advice

I have looked on the seagate site for software updates but they state that you cannot synch files between xp and windows 7.

    Thanks for your help

    Greetings, rhinos...

You might try a dedicated file-sync software such as Karen's Replicator.
