XP won't load

Recently, on my other computer my XP won't load, for example, the loading screen won't load (where you have to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to load) When i booted into Safe Mode the loading screen actually appeared for about 2-3 seconds, then it re-booted. Now i don't know if this is a software problem, and hopefully not a hardware problem, i doubt it's a virus also, as i rebooted the computer randomly and all of a sudden it does this. Any help would be great and especially involving steps where i can back up my files.

Also to boot into safe mode it takes a abnormally long time to load, especially since it reboots like 5 seconds afterwards. Hopefully there is some software i can download to put on a disc to boot off of on my other computer.

 

Ok nevermind i fixed it off a window's repair.
