XPPoliceAntivirus can not find registry key

A few hours ago I accidentally downloaded the virus XPPoliceAntivirus (I'm usually very careful with downloading things from websites I've never heard about, don't know what went through my head) and of course it didn't allow me to open task manager so I could kill this thing. So I started up again in safe mode, and started the malware removal. Found information on how to remove it (http://www.pcthreat.com/parasitebyid-7641en.html), but I can't find the registry key it's supposed to make. I have no idea how to find it manually, nor do I find anything when I search for "Police" or "PoliceAV". I'm kind of stuck, searching through C: with Panda Antivirus at the moment but I'm unsure if it will clean up the registry too, and I'd like to check if the virus is totally gone when Panda is done.

Any ideas? Also, I'm not sure how I allow my account to use task manager and anything else the virus disallowed me to do, or will I get all the rights I had before when the virus is gone? I can't see now, I have stopped the fast user switch service and I'm currently on the original admin account.
